About Me

I am a Personal Trainer from South Africa and currently live in Lüneburg, Germany. Over the last 10 years I have passionately worked and been a part of the Sports and Exercise industry as a trainer and an athlete. I will be at your service providing the highest level of online training programs, support and nutritional guidance. What drives me in my work is seeing people improving themselves becuase that resonates with my very simple fitness Motto which is: “show up, workout and turn exercising into a Lifestyle”.

I have started the We Muve Xperience Podcast to help tell relatable stories through interviews about the journey to success and how other young people in current times overcome the set-backs along the way.
