High Intensity Interval Training is based on the principles of challenging the body though small spells of maximum effort training over limited recovery times. The aim is to have you working out at your highest level of performance possible.

Why Core? To improve your functional fitness, reduce lower back pain and to build great abs. This is a short class focusing on your midsection. The lower back & abdominal will be put to test in a series of mat exercises.
